Michael B. Decter serves as the CIO, Founder & Chairman at LDIC Inc. His career also includes significant public service roles, having been the Deputy Minister of Health for the Ontario Government and the Cabinet Secretary for the Government of Manitoba.

Beyond his work in finance and government, Decter is an author and has been recognized with the Order of Canada. He also holds the position of Chairman at Medavie Blue Cross / Croix Bleue Medavie.
