Laura Merlini serves as the Managing Director, EMEA for the CAIA Association, where she holds full P&L accountability and leads the organization’s growth, education initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across the region. Her work is guided by a belief in the power of a plurality of voices in finance and a commitment to integrity, inclusion, and ethics, with a focus on governance and inclusive leadership as foundations for a healthy financial industry.
