Lisa Bhathal Merage is an American business executive who invests in sports, real estate, and commercial brands. She serves as Governor for both the Portland Fire (WNBA) and Portland Thorns (NWSL), and is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Revitate. Her work centers on building long-term platforms, spanning consumer brands, real estate, and professional sports, with a particular focus on women's sports.

Merage's career began in her family business, where she helped lead and grow RAJ Swim.
