Menaka Guruswamy is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, a position she has held since 2019. She is widely recognized for her pivotal involvement in numerous landmark cases before the Supreme Court, including the Section 377 case, which led to the decriminalization of homosexuality in India.
