Melissa Valentine is a tenured professor at Stanford University, specializing in Management Science and Engineering (MS&E). Her research focuses on the intersection of organizational design, artificial intelligence, and the future of work. She is also a Senior Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI).

At Stanford HAI, Valentine founded the new AI+Organizations Lab.
