Dr. Melissa A. Wheeler serves as a Senior Lecturer and Executive MBA Program Director at RMIT University.
She holds a PhD in social psychology from the University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on critical areas such as workplace flexibility, gender roles in work and care, leading with purpose, and responsible leadership. Her work has been published in journals including Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, and Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.
