Melissa Quinn is a spaceport builder focused on developing sovereign launch infrastructure to enable Earth's access to a new industrial economy in orbit. Her work centers on the strategic importance of space access for national capabilities and economic growth.

She previously led the UK's first orbital launch. Currently, Quinn is seconded from MDA Space to Maritime Launch Services, where she is building out Spaceport Nova Scotia.
