Melanie Chen is the Founding Chair at the Caribbean Energy Chamber, which was established in January 2024. In this role, she leads the organization focused on energy in the Caribbean region.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Chen gained senior experience as an investment banker, working with prominent firms such as Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers.
