May Nasrallah is the Executive Chairwoman of PJT deNovo and a Partner at PJT Partners. Her career includes significant leadership roles within the financial industry.

Prior to her current positions, Nasrallah served as Non-Executive Chairman and Senior Advisor for the Middle East Region at Blackrock. She also held the role of Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking, MENA Region at Morgan Stanley.
