Biography

Matthew Thomas Shea is an American conservative lawyer, pastor, and former Republican politician. He represented the 4th legislative district in the Washington House of Representatives from 2009 to 2021.

Shea's political career was marked by controversy. A 2019 report by the Washington House of Representatives accused him of domestic terrorism related to his role in standoffs with federal authorities.
