Matthew Aleshire is the Director of the Geoeconomics Initiative at the Milken Institute. In this role, he contributes to the institute's work at the intersection of economics and global policy.

Prior to his current position, Aleshire worked in Public Affairs at Weber Merritt. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History.
