Matt Douglass serves as the Head of Private Credit at PGIM Private Capital, where he holds responsibility for all of the firm's businesses. This includes overseeing its Institutional Asset Management and Alternatives units, which manage outside non-affiliated assets. His purview encompasses various investment vehicles such as the PGIM Energy Partners energy mezzanine fund, six PGIM Capital Partners corporate mezzanine funds, Direct Lending, and Sustainable Power businesses.
