Mati Staniszewski is the Co-Founder of ElevenLabs, a company he co-founded in 2022 with the mission of making content universally accessible. He also serves as a Board Member at Klarna, a position he has held since 2025.
Prior to co-founding ElevenLabs, Staniszewski was a Deployment Strategist at Palantir Technologies from October 2018 to May 2022.
