Biography

Masih Alinejad is an Iranian-American journalist, author, and political activist. She is a CBS News contributor at World Liberty Congress. Alinejad focuses on criticizing the status of human rights in Iran, particularly women's rights.

She was named among Time magazine's 2023 honorees for Women of the Year and received the 2015 Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy women's rights award. In 2018, she released her memoir, "The Wind in My Hair.
