Mary Klotman is the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs at Duke University. She also holds the position of Dean of the Duke University School of Medicine and serves as the Chief Academic Officer for Duke Health.

Born in 1954, Klotman is recognized as an American physician-scientist and academic administrator. Her contributions to her field led to her election as a member of the National Academy.
