Mary Hines Droesch serves as the Head of Consumer and Small Business Products and Analytics at Bank of America. In this role, she is responsible for leading the strategy, design, development, and management of all lending and deposit products across the Retail, Preferred, and Small Business client segments. Her responsibilities also extend to banking products for the company’s wealth management businesses.
