Mary Ann Sieghart is an English author, journalist, consultant, and radio presenter, known for her work addressing gender dynamics in leadership. She is the Founding Partner of The Authority Gap Consultancy, an organization dedicated to helping businesses narrow and close authority gaps. Sieghart is also a Visiting Professor at the Global Institute for Women's Leadership at King’s College London Business School.
