Martin Labbé serves as a Senior Officer for Organisations and Ecosystems Development at the International Trade Centre (ITC). In this role, he advises and collaborates with entrepreneurship and business support organizations in emerging economies, focusing on achieving business impact and guiding their digital transformation processes.
He coordinates the $15 million Netherlands Trust Fund V (NTF V) program, which runs from September 2021 until June 2025.
