Biography

Martina Sanow serves as a Partner and co-head of Hg's Capital Solutions team, where she is also responsible for the firm's private wealth activities. She brings 17 years of experience in fundraising and client services to her role.

Prior to her current position, Sanow held various leadership roles within Hg, including Deputy COO. Before joining Hg, she was part of the Nordic M&A team at Citi.
