Marta C. Gonzalez is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and City and Regional Planning at UC Berkeley College of Engineering. She also serves as a Faculty Research Scientist at Berkeley Lab. Her work focuses on urban sciences, specifically the intersections of people with the built and natural environment and their social networks.
Gonzalez's research aims to design urban solutions and enable caring development in new technologies.
