Mark Reich is a Senior Lean Coach at Lean Enterprise Institute, bringing broad international experience from his 23-year tenure at Toyota. During his time at the global Japanese automotive company, he worked in Corporate Strategy, Production Control, and Product Planning, and was notably one of the first Americans hired to work at Toyota’s global headquarters. His experience includes extensive work in Japan and North America, particularly with the Toyota Supplier Support Center (TSSC).
