Biography

Mark Lashier is an American businessman who serves as the Chairman and CEO of Phillips 66. He assumed the CEO role in July 2022, succeeding Greg Garland, who became chairman. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Lashier held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Phillips 66.

Lashier's career at Phillips 66 spans over a decade, including various roles from November 1989 to July 2000. He also spent over 20 years at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company.
