Biography

Mark-Alexandre Doumba served as Gabon’s Minister of Digital Economy and Innovation, where he was tasked with transforming the ministry into a key institution for the country. In this role, he architected the digital payment and infrastructure for government services, led the digital transition of the economy, and established foundations for Gabon’s AI adoption and talent development.

Prior to this, Doumba was Gabon’s Minister of Economy and Public Holdings.
