Marina Gorbis serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for the Future (IFTF), a 50-year old non-profit research and educational organization located in Silicon Valley. In this role, she applies a foresight and futures perspective to guide numerous organizations across business, education, government, philanthropy, and civic society.

Her current research at IFTF focuses on transformations within the world of work and the emergence of new forms of value creation.
