Marie-Chantal Kaninda is the President of Glencore in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Chairman of KCC. Her career includes significant leadership roles in major international companies within the mining and commodities sectors.

Prior to her current positions, Kaninda served as Chief Advisor External Affairs Africa at Rio Tinto.
