Marianna Fassinotti is the Head of Private Credit Investments and a Managing Director / Portfolio Manager at The D. E. Shaw Group. In this capacity, she oversees private credit investments for the firm. Prior to her current role, she served as a Managing Director and Principal at Siguler Guff & Company.

Fassinotti's earlier career included positions at UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director and at Lehman Brothers as an MBS Research Associate.
