Marian Cheng is the Co-Founder and CBO of Mimi Cheng's Dumplings, a role she holds concurrently with her work as a Culinary Consultant. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of Mimi Cheng's Dumplings.

Prior to co-founding Mimi Cheng's Dumplings, Cheng gained experience in the fashion industry, working at Burberry and as a Junior Account Executive at Dolce&Gabbana.
