Maria Hatzistefanis is the Founder and CEO of The Rodial Group, a beauty company she established in 1999. The group encompasses the brands Rodial Beauty and NIP+FAB.

Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Hatzistefanis is recognized as a 3X Best Selling Author. She also appears as an On Air Personality on DRAGONS DEN Greece, a role she has held since 2022.
