María del Pilar Montes de Oca Sicilia is a linguist, author, and cultural entrepreneur. She is the Directora General of Editorial AlgarabíA and the founder of AljamíA, Inteligencia De Marca.
In 2001, Montes de Oca Sicilia founded Algarabía magazine, which has since become one of the most sold cultural magazines in Mexico.
