Biography

Marcus Samuelsson is an acclaimed Ethiopian-born Swedish-American chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality. He is the co-founder of Harlem EatUp! Festival and a partner at Streetbird Express. Samuelsson oversees numerous restaurants globally, including Red Rooster Harlem, Red Rooster Overtown in Miami, Hav & Mar in the Chelsea Arts District, and Metropolis at the Perelman Performing Arts Center.
