Marco Iansiti is the David Sarnoff Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he heads the Technology and Operations Management Unit and chairs the Digital Initiative. His primary research interests lie in technology and operations strategy and the management of innovation. He focuses on strategy, business, and operating models for leading technology companies and those aiming to transform into technology and AI leaders.
