Marc Spiegler is a French-American art journalist and cultural strategist. He served as Global Director of Art Basel from 2012 to 2022, following his role as Co-Director starting in 2007. During his tenure, Art Basel launched new shows in Hong Kong and Paris, and staged Art Basel Cities Buenos Aires. Under his leadership, the organization's revenues tripled and profits quadrupled, supported by expanded luxury-industry partnership revenue.
