Mar Hershenson is a Spanish-American venture capitalist, electrical engineer, and professor. She is the co-founder and Managing Partner at Pear VC, a role she has held since 2013. In 2021, she was recognized on Forbes' Midas List, ranking #29. Hershenson also serves as a Lecturer in Management, Science and Engineering at Stanford University, a position she has held since 2021.

Prior to her work at Pear VC, Hershenson co-founded several technology companies.
