Manus Costello serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Standard Chartered, a role he was appointed to in May 2026. He initially joined Standard Chartered in 2024 as the Group Head of Investor Relations.

Prior to his tenure at Standard Chartered, Costello was a founding partner and Global Head of Research at Autonomous. His career also includes a decade at Merrill Lynch, where he worked in equity research based in both London and New York.
