Manolis Kellis is a Professor of Computer Science and Computational Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a member of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. He directs the MIT Computational Biology Group (compbio.mit.
edu) and is a Principal Investigator in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) at MIT. His research focuses on genomics, human genetics, epigenomics, gene regulation, genome evolution, disease mechanism, and single-cell genomics.
