She brings over two decades of experience working across public and private sector businesses within investment banking and financial services. Known for her leadership, she manages teams of various sizes across multiple global locations.

Before her career in investment banking, DeFilippo worked as a practicing lawyer in the London office of a Magic Circle firm, focusing on US securities and M&A.
