Biography

Malcolm Offord CVO is the Leader of Reform UK Scotland and a Member of the House of Lords. He was appointed Scottish Leader of Reform on January 15, 2026, and is standing for election to the Scottish Parliament as the Reform candidate for Inverclyde in 2026. Following the 2024 General Election, he was appointed Shadow Minister for Energy Security and Net Zero.
