Mahmut Rustem Sen serves as a Manager of IBRD/IDA Corporate Finance within the Development Finance Vice Presidency at the World Bank Group. In this capacity, he contributes to the financial operations of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA).

Prior to his current role, Sen was a Financial Analysis Manager at Freddie Mac. He also held a position at The World Bank Treasury, working with IBRD, IDA, and IFC.
