Magnolia Perron serves as the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at NACCA, where she leads Indigenous Women and Youth Programs. She has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including securing $30 million for the national Indigenous Women Entrepreneurship (IWE) Program, which has facilitated over $6 million in micro-loans to Indigenous women-owned businesses across Canada. Perron also supported the establishment of the Indigenous Business Hub in Ottawa, which now serves over 270 members.
