Biography

Lynne Kiesling is an economist with a focus on regulation, market design, and the economics of digitization and innovation in the electricity industry. She holds several key academic and research positions, including Director of the Institute for Regulatory Law & Economics in the Center on Law, Business, and Economics at Northwestern University. At Northwestern, she is also a Faculty Fellow in the Paula M.
