Lupe Aguirre is a litigator with a dedicated career in civil liberties and immigrant rights. She currently holds the position of Deputy Director of US Litigation at the International Refugee Assistance Project.

Her extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Staff Attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union and as a Fellow at the Center For Constitutional Rights. Aguirre also worked as a Staff Attorney and Immigrant Justice Corps Fellow at the Empire Justice Center.
