Lukasz Rachel is an Associate Professor of Economics at University College London (UCL) and a member of the Centre for Macroeconomics. He also contributes to the Stanford Expert Group on Sanctions on Russia and the Prosperity for Generations expert group. His research interests are in macroeconomics, focusing on topics such as economic growth, the impact of technology on inequality, monetary and fiscal policy, and the politics and economics of sanctions.
