Luis Antonio Miranda Concepción is a Puerto Rican political strategist, philanthropist, and advocacy consultant. He is the co-founder of the Indian School of Public Policy and a founding partner of the MirRam Group, a firm specializing in political and advocacy consulting. Miranda also founded the Hispanic Federation in 1990, serving as its first president, and established the Amber Charter School in East Harlem in 2000.
