Ludmila Praslova, Ph.D., is a Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology within the Patty Arvielo School of Business and Management at Vanguard University of Southern California. She teaches graduate students to build evidence-based, dignity-centered organizations and serves as the university's Accreditation Liaison Officer.
