Biography

Lucy Adams is the CEO of Disruptive HR, an agency she founded in 2014. She established Disruptive HR to address what she perceived as a lack of innovation and fresh thinking within the human resources profession. The agency's mission is to assist HR Directors and business leaders in adopting new approaches to traditional challenges.

Prior to founding Disruptive HR, Adams held several senior HR leadership positions. Most notably, she served as HR Director at the BBC from June 2009 to April 2014.
