Biography

Luc Frieden is a Luxembourgish politician and lawyer who has served as the Prime Minister of Luxembourg since November 2023. A prominent member of the Christian Social People's Party (CSV), he led his party to victory in the October 2023 general elections, subsequently forming a new coalition government. Prior to his current role, Frieden held various significant cabinet positions in the Luxembourgish government between 1998 and 2013.
