Louis Kirsch is the Co-founder and Chief Superintelligence Officer at Inherent, where he focuses on automating AI research and building recursively self-improving systems. Prior to co-founding Inherent, he worked as a Research Scientist at Google DeepMind and was a Student Researcher at Google.

Kirsch is an AI researcher with a PhD from The Swiss AI Lab IDSIA, where he worked with J Schmidhuber on Meta RL.
