Biography

Louise Bengtsson is a senior researcher with a focus on global health, preparedness, and European Affairs. She holds a PhD in International Relations and currently works as a Researcher at FOI and an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS).

In addition to her roles at FOI and CEPS, Bengtsson leads the Research Network on Global Health Governance and Diplomacy at Karolinska institutet/SSE.
