Louie Psihoyos is an American photographer and Academy Award-winning documentary film director. He is the founder and Executive Director of the Oceanic Preservation Society (OPS), a California-based non-profit organization he co-founded in 2006 with Jim Clark. Through OPS, Psihoyos focuses on environmental activism, promoting marine conservation and environmental protection through documentary filmmaking and visual storytelling.
