Loretta Mester is a Senior Scholar at the Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies at Princeton University and an Adjunct Professor of Finance at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a position she has held since 2001. She previously served as the 11th President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, a role she began on June 1, 2014.
Mester's career at the Federal Reserve began in 1985 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where she started as an economist.
